National commission for Indian system of medicine impose monetary penalty on teachers found to be present only on-paper

Medical assessment and rating board, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) has cracked a whip on absenteeism and decided to impose “monetary penalty” on teachers who are found to be physically absent but working only on-paper for the academic year 2023-24.
